Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Device

Carefully place the electronics in their original box with all cables, remotes, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Apply Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
