Due to the delicate nature of large displays, we use specialized freight carriers. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, and you will receive a tracking link to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with certified technicians to provide wall-mounting and home theater setup services. You can add professional installation to your order at the checkout page.
What is your policy on 'Dead Pixels'?
Bigscreen maintains a Zero Dead Pixel policy. If your panel arrives with even one defective pixel, we will provide a prepaid return label and a brand-new replacement unit immediately.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All electronics sold on Bigscreen include a 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental damage and screen burn-in for up to 5 years.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the display doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a small restocking fee for open-box items.
